South Meridian — everything south of I-84, from Overland Road down through Victory and Amity toward Lake Hazel — is where the city's growth moved after the north side filled in. Bear Creek and the older parts of Tuscany date to the late 1990s and early 2000s and are on their first or second roof; Tuscany Lakes, Messina Hills and Messina Meadows, Century Farms, Reflection Ridge and Movato Greens came later; and the streets off Amity and Lake Hazel are still going up.
